Dr. Devraux Boshard, DO, is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry. Dr. Boshard completed his Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at OHSU and General Psychiatry Residency at the University of Hawaii.Our clinic takes a thoughtful and collaborative approach — helping individuals of all ages navigate mental health challenges, build resilience, and thrive in daily life. Our goal is to meet each person where they are, with care that is grounded in respect, trust, and evidence-based practice.

New Patients

Dr. Boshard is currently accepting new patients, with in-person appointments booking for early November 2025. We are currently accepting adolescent and adult patients for medication management, therapy, or both. Rates

Dr. Boshard is currently accepting self-pay (out-of-network) patients. We can provide you with a detailed invoice, which you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement rates vary, so please check directly with your insurance provider.

What kinds of therapy do you offer?
     - Dr. Boshard provides therapy tailored to each patient and their unique circumstances. He is trained in Psychodynamic, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Supportive Therapy.
Why are you out-of-network?
     - By remaining out-of-network, Dr. Boshard is able to provide highly personalized care without the restrictions of insurance panels. This allows for longer visits, direct communication, and a focus on quality over quantity.
Can I get reimbursed by my insurance?
     - Yes, many patients/families receive partial reimbursement for out-of-network psychiatric services. After each visit, you’ll receive a detailed invoice (called a “superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance company. Reimbursement rates vary by plan, so we recommend checking with your insurer directly.
Do you offer sliding scale rates?
     - A limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available based on financial need. Please feel free to ask about this option during your initial inquiry.
