Dr. Devraux Boshard, DO, is a board-certified Child & Adolescent/Adult Psychiatrist. He completed his Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University and General Psychiatry Residency at the University of Hawaii.Our clinic takes a thoughtful and collaborative approach — helping individuals of all ages navigate mental health challenges, build resilience, and thrive in daily life. Our goal is to meet each person where they are, with care that is grounded in respect, trust, and evidence-based practice.
Areas of Specialization:- Anxiety challenges: We focus on you as an individual with your own unique life stressors and triggers. Therapy is always recommended and in some cases medications can be helpful as well.- Sleep problems: Sleep is essential for feeling good. Whether you struggle with insomnia, restless sleep, altered sleep schedule, or sleeping too much, we evaluate the root causes and create tailored treatment plans to restore your rest.- Depression: Depression appears in many forms with many contributing stressors. We seek to understand all of the factors that are affecting your mood and ability to participate in life the way you desire to. There are many approaches to depression the go far beyond simply making medication recommendations, however these can be helpful in many cases.- Child behavioral challenges: We believe kids do well when they have the right cognitive tools to do so, and many kids struggle to develop these tools. We consider developmental history, biological contributors, temperament, family dynamics, and take a family centered approach to developing strategies for success both at home and school.- Trauma-related symptoms: Trauma can happen to anyone and can cause significant levels of distress. We help you better understand your life history and navigate the associated challenges.Dr. Boshard evaluates and manages many kinds of mental health challenges. • Initial Evaluation Child/Adolescent (two-visit child/parent series): $400 per visit
• Initial Evaluation Adult: $475
• Follow-Up (Medication Management): $350
• Therapy Session (50 minutes): $350

- Dr. Boshard provides therapy tailored to each patient and their unique circumstances. He is trained in Psychodynamic, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Supportive Therapy.Can I get reimbursed by my insurance if Dr. Boshard is out of network?
- Yes, many patients/families can receive partial reimbursement for out-of-network psychiatric services. After each visit, you’ll receive a detailed invoice (called a “superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance company.
