In-network with Regence BlueCross BlueShield, Moda and Aetna. Self-pay patients receive a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Self-pay rates

Out-of-network reimbursement
If your plan is not listed, you may still have out-of-network benefits. After each visit you'll receive a detailed receipt, called a superbill, to submit to your insurance company. Reimbursement rates vary, so check with your plan.
Payment
Credit card, debit card and HSA/FSA cards are accepted at the time of service.
